Meet Jacob Stewart

Jacob Stewart has spent nearly a decade helping students and families navigate the increasingly complex college admissions landscape.

Before founding Stewart Educational Consulting, Jacob served as Head Educational Strategist at a national college admissions consulting organization. In that role, he led a team of advisors, helped shape strategy across hundreds of applications annually, and worked directly with students pursuing admission to the country’s most selective colleges and universities.

Throughout his career, Jacob’s students have earned Ivy League admissions and admissions to Top 20 universities, in addition to acceptances at highly selective private institutions, leading public universities, honors colleges, and specialized academic programs across the country.

His approach combines rigorous admissions strategy with a deeply personal understanding of each student. Jacob believes the strongest applications are not manufactured during senior year. They are built over time through thoughtful academic decisions, meaningful extracurricular engagement, authentic personal development, and a clear understanding of what makes a student distinctive.

Jacob works closely with both students and parents, providing practical recommendations, honest feedback, consistent accountability, and a calm, organized process from beginning to end.

He is based in Chesterfield, Missouri, and works with families locally and nationwide.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, their son, Lucas, and their dog, Annie.
